Was willing to sell at a price above the top end evaluation, and stuck to my lower limit without needing to entertain negotiations with the buyer. Even with time differences due to international locations - (I'm in Singapore) Amanda was available for any clarifications outside of normal working hours and was good at sifting any unnecessary noise from the buyer

There were many times during this negotiation that I needed Amanda's support and assistance in bringing this sale to a successful conclusion for both parties.
