She said her method of sale was to advertise only a few days before one open home usually on the Saturday then follow up on the Monday with the final open home .Amanda Waters drew up the contract for 60 days. She was very convincing and reassuring and because she promised to find us a place to live, I believed 60 days was enough time. As soon as the contract went unconditional and she got the deposit in her account, I did not hear from her again.
