As a first time home buyer, everyone warned me against typical agent tactics. Aman was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. He was upfront, straight forward, and accommodating through the whole transaction. He was not pushy or nagging. The price of the home was in-line with market trends, there was no petty bargaining from his side. Once the offer was given, he got the vendor to accept the offer within a day and we had a 45 day settlement. The home was kept in the best of condition, Aman got most of the issues from the inspection report fixed by the vendor. Would definitely recommend Aman.
