We had our house for sale in Spring Mountain with a different agent for over two months. We were not getting desired offers even after multiple open homes and inspections. However, when Amar and his team took over, with just one or two showing, we got a better offer and now the house is sold. Amar has great negotiation skills and will bring the desired result. I called Amar for a property enquiry to purchase but unfortunately he was not having any properties in the area where I was seeking as all the properties he was having been sold. Their professionalism and the sales skill what he has is commendable, to my surprise he called even after 10 days remembering and gave me the off the market offer about the property since other buyer could not arrange the bank loan and rest is the history with all the smooth proceeding now we are the new home owners. He helped us in all stages like building pest inspections , final settlement inspections as we live in different state than purchased state, deposit date extension as we got the approval from bank on final cooling of period day that too eve 4 pm. So one day extension was sought from the vendor. Finally we are even happy with the rates for managing our new property under his Prime Place property management.
