Amar understood my requirements and helped me with selling the house in less than a week with the conditions I asked for. The house was sold for more than what we expected. The whole process was very quick and literally ‘effortless’
We dealt with Amar, Vani and Sampath for the sale of our property and the team were incredibly professional and flexible throughout the process. Amar has a wealth of knowledge and experience which really assisted in our decision making and was always available at any time. We would highly recommend his services as an agent for the sale of your propertly.
We've recently sold our property through Real Way Pty Ltd and Amar and team have been very helpful, transparent, flexible and supportive throughout the whole process. They made what was a daunting period, less stressful and provided great advice throughout the process. Would recommend their services for anyone looking to sell their property!
Amar helped us sell our property. He made the whole process look easy. The sale price exceeded our expectations and property was sold in a day. I have known him for 2 years and always have been great friend. Everyone in the area likes him. He helped us buy this property 2 years ago. We were kept informed throughout the process. We highly recommend Amar and Team to anyone that is looking to buy/sell in the area.
Went above and beyond to achieve a record price that all other real estates were saying it would not be possible went beyond are expectations
I like the way I was informed regularly about the progress my application. They answered all our questions at the best their abilities. The end was very satisfying than the beginning.
Amar has an exceptional knowledge about the area and property market. He helped us with our realestate needs. He is a person of words. His passion towards helping his clients will take him to the top position. It’s very hard to find agents who work with their heart and help people, Amar is a person who work with ethics and morals. Amar and vani represent a professional team. Undoubtedly Amar and Vani are highly recommended agents in Spring Mountain.
Bill is talented in what he does. My house is unique, most agents in the region are not equipped with the skills and the vision. They are only capable of selling standard ones. Bill is different. He not only appreciates the value of the property but also understands the local market well. Maybe someone has his superior knowledge, his open home skills, outstanding communication or negotiation ability, it is very rare to find someone who packs everything in one in reality.
Amar is super helpful and friendly. Able to answer all questions well and never really felt as though I was being sold to during the whole process. Very professional. Amar is exceptional leader, person and real estate agent. Always goes the extra mile for his client. Excellent clarity and advice from the beginning to the successful sale of our property above our expectations. We could not be happier with the service. Amar has a clear understanding of real estate in Spring Mountain and surrounds. A chance meeting with Amar, Vani and Sambat led to a swift sale of my property, and I was capably guided by them through the entire sales process. You’re in good hands.
Amar Billabati proved to be a great choice of agent for me. Highly professional.
Amar has helped us with the selling of our property. He communicated throughout the process and was very transparent and honest. Best agent in Spring Mountain.
My husband and I are very impressed with Amar and his knowledge, particularly of this area, and were pleased with his professional and friendly approach to selling our property. He and Varni were able to get the price we hoped for in a matter of days . They also got a buyer who was happy to let us rent the property while our new house was being built.
