Amar was professional, friendly, informative and very helpfull. He has helped us getting our dream home and sold our previous one as stress free as be possibly could. Excellent agent, couldn't be more happy for his service .
Amar went out of his way to help us find the right property. He also assisted us in inspecting the property outside of viewing hours.
Amar was very professional and honest from day one. He has an excellent knowledge of the property market and all the nuances of property transactions. He patiently and promptly answered all our questions about the property and always went the extra mile to help. I'm excited that the search for our first home, which went on for months and months, has come to an end. Thanks to Amar.
From start to finish we could not ask for anything more. Amar went over and above our expectations and we are truely greatful to of had him as an agent
Amar has been very friendly and informative throughout the process. He is always ready to answer questions and lets you make the choice. The only agent who followed up on what he said. Thanks for your work Amar.
As first home buyers, my partner and I were obviously very new to all of the steps and processes of purchasing a property. Amar made it all incredibly easy for us and was always available to answer any of our questions and concerns whenever we needed him. He is sincere, kind and professional and we are very grateful for all of the help he provided throughout the entire process. We can't recommend him enough!
We found Amar to be proffesional, friendly and very approachable. He helped us through the whole process which made it very easy. This is our first home so im glad we had Amar to help. The best quality of Amar is his honesty. He didnt try to 'sell' us the house. He showed us the property for what it is rather than what it could be. Thanks for all your help Amar
When we first met Amar, he stated where the price would be , and said what would happen during the process. On first open home, around 22 groups through and we had a contract within 8 hours. Exactly every thing he said would happen during the process, happened the way he said it would. First rate painless process. Also recommended the video with the cow - makes it different and stands out from the crowd
It was very pleasure to deal with Amar Billabati. Very professional, helpful, polite. Great customer service and knowledge of the current market and sales trends.
Amar was a wonderful agent to work with, never felt like we are dealing with an agent instead we felt like we dealing with one of our family member. He is always available for any questions and queries on time. I would Higly Recommend to anyone looking for a real estate agent to buy or sell.
Amar did a remarkable job in selling our house. He believed he could do it and he did within 2 weeks of taking us on. He always kept us updated and nothing was ever a problem. I would recommend this agent to anyone. Well done Amar, you did it!
Amar went over and above to help us with so many aspects of the purchase. Amar had great communication throughout the whole process. Kept us up to date consistently. He made this an enjoyable experience. I would recommend Amar to anyone who is wanting to sell their home. 5 Stars.
