Amber helped the reviewer sell this property

Exceptional Agent

I cannot recommend Amber highly enough! Having originally bought this property from her, choosing her to sell it was the easiest decision—and she exceeded every expectation. Selling in today’s challenging market without advertising in popular sites felt like a tall order, but Amber made it happen. Her communication was seamless, her positive outlook was infectious, and her expert advice on how to present and market the property was spot on. Thanks to her strategy, we secured a fantastic price. What truly sets her apart is how far she goes for her clients. When she was the agent that sold us the property she went completely above and beyond to manage a very challenging tenancy situation, ensuring the tenants transitioned out and the property was beautifully cleaned for settlement. If you want an agent who is brilliant to deal with, highly strategic, and willing to do the heavy lifting, look no further than Amber.
