Interest Rate Rises… not a bad start…. these are just a few of the factors that influenced the property market during my period at The Old Sawmill in Weetaliba… but the one shining light was Amber Courtney from Shelley Piper Realestate. Amber was extremely helpful when providing her initial assessment of the changes that I had made to the property and the relevance of those changes in the current market. She also contributed significantly to the layout of the add and the descriptions and information in the add. Once listed, she maintained frequent contact with me regarding any relevant changes in the market that impacted my sale and when the buyers were attracted she once again followed up with information and processes that were required to finalise the sale. Overall she was delight to deal with, professional and simply made the process easy!!
