Amber helped the reviewer buy this property

Very helpful and knowledgeable

We dealt with Amber Formosa as buyers of a property in Cowes. From the start Amber was friendly and relaxed. She provided prompt answers to any questions we had about the property and at all times was professional and courteous. We had a bit of an issue with bridging finance, but she was unflustered and only enquired discreetly a couple of times as to how we were progressing. This indicated to us that she was doing her best to keep the vendor informed and at no time did we find her intrusive. Overall, Amber was professional, polite, friendly and cheerful. She has a very good knowledge of the local market, but most importantly - LISTENS to any questions you may have and responds promptly. Whether buying or selling, we would recommend Amber completely.
