Most agents these days only care about what you can bring to the table, but my interactions with her felt amazing and genuine as I never felt like I was just a paycheck at any point, but rather a valued client which really stood out to me. Can honestly say that I was considerably disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing the unit. Nothing was followed up. Signed the contract and 2 weeks after had to follow up to find out where it was as it wasnt sent to bank or solicitors. Had to get extension due to this. We constantly chase things up. Unsure to why as this is part and parcel of real estate. The gift that was meant for us to be handed over when we got keys never eventuated even though it had be in the office. Poor communication and a lack of urgency of deadlines. An experience that I would never want to go through again
