Amber was by the far the best real estate agent that we have dealt with in our experiences of buying and selling in two different states. In our paticular circumstances, Amber went above and beyond her role in making sure our needs were met as we had to take early possession of the property. Her effieciency, thoughtfulness and proactivness was beyond compare. Amber never forgot our needs and we felt more like her friends than a business transaction which unfortunately is the way other agents make you feel particularly in the city areas due to the current housing market. We never doubted Amber's sincerety in looking after both our needs and that of the seller. Where trust is truly needed, Amber passed with flying colours. Can honestly say that I was considerably disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing the unit. Nothing was followed up. Signed the contract and 2 weeks after had to follow up to find out where it was as it wasnt sent to bank or solicitors. Had to get extension due to this. We constantly chase things up. Unsure to why as this is part and parcel of real estate. The gift that was meant for us to be handed over when we got keys never eventuated even though it had be in the office. Poor communication and a lack of urgency of deadlines. An experience that I would never want to go through again
