Amber was the agent who handled our purchase "sight unseen". I quickly developed confidence and trust in her. She tells it like it is and her integrity was quickly established with us - so much so that we spent close to $500K on a house we did not inspect until a few days before settlement. When we did finally look at it on a rush trip from Adelaide it was exactly as described, perhaps even better than we had hoped. We met the vendors and of course they have a similarly high opinion of Amber. A very nice transaction helped enormously by her professional no nonsense style and clear friendly communication skills. If we decide at some future date, to sell, I am sure we will ask Amber to take care of the process for us, knowing that she will work ethically in our best interests whilst at the same time having respect for potential buyers.
