Before listing my property for sale, I received many mail outs from agents wanting to list my property. Because I'm so far away from my investment property I though how am I going to find the right one? How am I to find the agent that listened to my needs, knew how to put together a sales/marketing plan and most importantly would give me the best outcome on my property? I found this business to be very knowledgeable regarding the market. They guided me through the buying process and now have found the perfect tenants for my property. I would recommend this business to anyone who want a professional approach along with a caring attitude.

I don't like the fact you have to work with many people, although I mainly deal with Lou but initially I had all sorts of people contacting me whom I didn't know. I had a particularly stroppy message telling me to pay up before they could market the property and at the initial interview this was arranged for the advertising to be paid at settlement. I did take this up with Lou and in the end advertising was not required. I am however, disappointed regarding the deposit standing at less than 5% of the price namely $513,000 I do not recall agreeing to the buyer leaving less than 10% but with my reckoning it is only 3.9%. Is it low in case she changes her mind? I would rather leave this review when the sale is completed.
