Ambre's understanding of the market, value & opportunities was excellent. We researched local agents before we decided to go with Ambre. Our plan was to attract an interstate buyer as we felt best return would be achieved from Sydney/Melbourne. The property was sold to a Melbourne buyer within one week of our property being put on the market. A price over our original expectations was achieved. I think that really says it all.
