Amee is composed, honest and factual in her communications and her estimate of my property value. Unlike other agents I interviewed, Amee never inflated the value of my house to win the listing and was willing to commit to writing the value on paper, something else other agents were unwilling to do. Amee answered my questions concisely however trivial they seemed. She was honest in her reporting and accurate in how long she anticipated the property being on the market for. At the end she was able to employ her negotiation skills to secure a qualified, cash buyer for a price well in excess of the original listing securing a premium price for the property.
