We have sold multiple properties with Amie in the past and had good success and results. Unfortunately with the sale of this property, we had multiple issues and our experience was not good. The communication was poor and the feedback was lacking. At times agreed open homes were not held, Amie went on a holiday during the sale. There seemed to be a lack of handover between agents. The initial sale price appraisal was way off ($20-40k under appraised price). We were told that the appraised price was a confident price and this was the main factor for us taking the property to market. The length of the campaign was much longer than anticipated, this in turn meant that we had to pay for more online marketing adding to more cost having already completed significant works based on Amies advice to improve the standard of the property and achieve the higher price point - which we did not. We did sell the property, however due to the length of time the property was vacant, the cost's incurred with marketing, styling of the property and works completed. We had no option but to sell at the lower price point and accept the offer as we could not recoup our losses incurred during this process. We also felt like we had to do a-lot of the chasing from our side when it came to negotiation and communication to get the sale completed. Amie did apologise and took ownership of some of the issues which we were grateful for but unfortunately the issues continued. Our experience with Amie in this instance was not a good one on multiple fronts, this was unfortunate as we had experienced positive outcomes in the past.

Amie and her team went above and beyond our expectations,nothing was too much trouble for them , they guided and helped us through the unfamiliar process of selling our property , we cannot recommend Amie highly enough.

I have sold multiple properties with Amie now over the years and I would never go with any other agent. She is exceptional at what she does and always goes above and beyond.
