Initially, I was a bit put off by being asked to lower the price so early on in the open house, especially when I was told the price I put it on at was reasonable. I trusted Amie and after my listening to her I did lower the price about 4-6 weeks later. This created a frenzy between buyer which I'm happy to say sold the home. I liked Amies "go get them" attitude and directness. Overall, a good job, and I would utilize Amies services again in the future.
