She went above and beyond!

I cannot recommend Amie at NGU highly enough as she went above and beyond with her customer service. From an initial inspection of a property, to support when the potential sale fell over Amie’s communication was excellent. After this, Amie kept us in mind and offered us a suitable property pre market, which resulted in a sale. Nothing throughout the contract negotiations and purchase process was a problem including negotiating issues around the pest and building inspections, facilitating extra appointment at the property to enable investigations and tradies access to assess and quote etc. As a result of our recent experience with NGU Rosewood we would exclusively engage Amie for any future property transaction. 10+/10.
