It was pretty good experience. Amir is a responsible real estate agent and always follows up my case for me. However I had some issues, maybe communication issues with another agent who had introduced the property to me had some communication issue and we were rushing when we went there for inspection, and when I asked them who is the builder, they said Aland, but it is Bathla, and I never asked for the top level but I got the top level even though I had tried to double confirm that it’s not the top level as it tends to get a bit hot for me. Anyway, as a first hand property purchaser, we have a responsibility to check details by ourselves, and we couldn’t rely on agent totally. However, I will still strongly recommend Amir Bajracharya, he is a delightful and good man.
