We first contacted Amir to arrange a private visit to a Castle Hill unit. He attended our first visit on time and was able to answer our questions. The negotiation of our offer took some time as usual but we were able to contact him with no problems during the process. Although the settlement period in the contract was rather long, he was able to bring it forward (as he said he would try to).
