For any repairs, maintenance issues, importantly they have a large contact list of trusted trades / repairers and handymen. For peace of mind, as an owner, this is very helpful. Amit has always been available where circumstances have warranted his extra attention and he has always supported his staff to ensure my interests have been well served, all whilst balancing the many competing obligations of both property managers and owners. I also recently decided to sell my property, with Amit quickly locating a buyer. The sale has recently settled with Amits attention to detail playing an important part in both parties reaching final agreement. I can, without hesitation, recommend Amit as a man of integrity and utmost professional principles.
