Amit definitely has the market knowledge of the Schofield area. He comes across as very professional supported by the number of unit properties sold and being the No. 1 Real Estate Agent in Schofields. Communication wasn't great at all from his team! Little to no update on the number of prospective buyer inquiries, number of property inspections conducted, feedback post each inspection, the lengthy delay in arranging property photos (2 mths after key was in Amits' teams possession) and no notice to advise unable to meet a mutual agreement meeting time. Our property took around 4 months to sell which is much longer and we anticipated.
