We were shown our now-new home by Amit, and as first home buyers not long in the market, were already weary with, and cautious of, pushy agents funnelling us down paths we didn't want to take. We had no such problems with Amit who was friendly from the outset. Amit was helpful, responsive and patient throughout the offer and contract negotiation process, and he remained so well after contracts were signed and the cooling-off period elapsed when one might except an agent to disengage to chase the next sale.
