Amit & Ritesh Nayak really helped us in securing our new home. House was in auction and we were not really planning for it thinking that it's not under our budget . However when we went to auction late by 20 minutes just to check how its been happening we realized it was under our budget and wanted to bid . When we approached Amit , he was really quick enough to give us bidding number , asking proof and helped us to go through the contract fast .Really Appreciate his Patience , highly realistic ,very professional and gave us the confident to secure the home .
