I guess I underestimated Amit initially due to bad reputation of agents, however he exceeded all expectations. He touched base daily and gave me weekly feedbacks and I would regard this as an important factor. I felt he had experience of the local market (having sold very many homes in this area) and constantly updating me when properties were sold. I am so grateful that I chose Amit to sell this property as I had every faith in his capabilities and he remained a very professional person right to the end.
