I can’t suggest anyone better than Amit , he been amazing all through the process from the day one , what he said is what he actually achieved rather then Bonnie from art white who was trying to convince me that my property won’t sell for price I was asking as it had a driveway coming down. He he a gem and will recommend him to everyone who is looking for peace of mind and he always be straight up with anything that can effect. I can thanks enough you Amit .

Amit is a great guy and very good at his job, he constantly went way beyond to achieve my goals for a good price for my house

Excellent team, very happy.

From the moment I discussed and listed my house with Amit, I was confident that Amit's broad market knowledge and local experience would result in the achievement of my sale goals. I was most impressed by the amount of time and effort that Amit devoted to the sale of my house. He kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. Even when contracts were received and signed Amit continued with his sales plans until a contract became unconditional. A strategy that proved to be totally accurate on more than one occasion. Amit’s conduct is always professional and ethical, at the same time friendly and relaxed. Selling or buying, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Amit and would like to thank him for achieving a great outcome for me.

Amit was very effective at communicating the whole process involved in selling and was always avaiable for advice and support

He was very professional and provided excellent service in very steps of our property sale. He kept our communication channels open all the time.

Amit has just sold our home and to say we are pleased with his work is an understatement! His communication skills outline just how much emotional intelligence he has. He works tirelessly yet always has a smile on his face. But most importantly he is honest which is a huge asset in the real estate industry

Amit was knowledgeable experience and has plenty of patience with me as I have lots of issues and reassurance me the whole time

We had a great experience with amit sharma.he guided and helped us in all way to sell our property at good price.i really appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him.

Amits market knowledge and tactics proved of genuine benifit with a truly outstanding result. He was hopeful of a better result than I hoped for to which I said "if you can get me that I will kiss your feet"....... Amit outperformed even his initial proposal and not by a small margin either.... Needless to say I was literally breathless with the result and as I promised to him..... I have kissed his feet. We are both men of our words. I cannot reccomend Amits services higher and that of his team. They have all performed admirabley with speed and understanding. I WILL definitely be seeking their sevices in the future with my endeavours and will be singing their praises for many a year to come.

Amit was very confident in his experience and knowledge of the market, and that came through in abundance. At no stage was I in doubt about the sale of the property. I would highly recommend Amit for any interested sellers.

Amit had very detailed market knowledge as indicated by his ability to give information on several properties of similar size , location and condition.
