Amninder was very approachable to allowing me to view the home on several extra occasions before making the decision to buy this property. He was also as helpful as he could be given that the owners were not very open to negotiation and sharing information such as the home having a solar hot water system that he was not informed of. Amninder was also able to handle the hand over of keys although I was overseas at the time of settlement.
