As a first home buyer, we were very sceptical and did a lot of research on the property market while inspecting many properties. It definitely is very daunting and overwhelming when you are attempting to take a lot of the online information about the market and to conclude what's right / wrong decision as a buyer. It was all part of the learning process. After inspecting numerous properties, we happen to cross our eyes over this property for sale and we made time for the inspection. Amol was the Real Estate Agent and from the very first meeting , we felt his genuineness and kind heartedness while he was showing us the property. He was very open minded and patient to listen to our expectations and requirements on our first ideal home. He gave us guided and realistic information of the property. Understood our requirements and gave us options to upgrade and a price that is reasonable that we didn't even had to negotiate. The same day, we put the hold deposit (30th of December 2023 it was) and a settlement day of 30 days period was agreed upon. He had a planned trip / holiday during those period but made sure our requests and questions were answered during that time. Fast forward to roughly 26 days and our house is ready for settlement with all our extra upgrades in place such as additional aircons and blinds in the house. With him, there was no moment of pressure and persuasion, instead he gave just the right information and let us take our time in making any decisions. Therefore, no doubt we felt lucky that we met Amol to help achieve our dream of becoming a home owner.
