I write this in the perspective of the buyer but this is the person you want to sell your house. After attending copious amounts of open houses and speaking with various agents the experience was starting to blend into one compromised of sales tactics and short cut off discussions about the property. I didn't get this vibe with Amrish and where he really stood out from the rest for me was the human element he brought to process. He was approachable, friendly and wonderful to converse with. He didn't try to brush off the hard hitting questions that might come from potential buyers but returned honest answers.
