Amy Arthur

I had purchased a house through Amy and so asked her to sell my house. Amy came and looked, informed me that she needed to check current market and within 24 hours contacted me to inform me what she believed would be a good price for my house. I was extremely happy with her appraisal and so went ahead with the sale. Amy organised what needed to be done but I was kept informed every step of the process. the day before the "open for inspection" Amy arrived with a beautiful floral arrangement for my table and to wish me the best. I thought this was a lovely gesture. My house sold quickly at a price higher than expected. Although Amy had to work for it, as the first sale fell though and she had to do a ring around to see if the other interested parties were still interested. Luckily within a few days of the sale falling through, the house was again sold. As I said I was updated regularly by Amy, which is what I needed as I haven't been through the process of buying and selling for a long time.

I was looking for a property and Amy was happy to show me through one she had listed for sale. It was great and so I put in an offer. I was successful in purchasing with help from Amy in backing my bid. I then asked Amy to sell my property. Amy assisted me to get it market ready with some styling tips, arrived on the day before open for inspection with a beautiful floral arrangement for my table. My house sold quickly but at the last minute the purchaser changed his mind, Amy told me not to worry as there was a lot of interest, she then contacted the other parties and within a couple of days my house was again sold, above asking price. Amy kept me up to date through out the process and gave my confidence that all would go smoothly, which it did.
