I couldn't recommend Amy more highly. From the beginning of the process to the end, she was a true professional with outstanding communication. This is the second time we've sold with this agency and both times, the experience has been nothing but positive. Thank you Amy!
Following the recent purchase of a property with Amy Kebby's help I would like to identify her as an exceptional agent. She listened to the particular needs I identified and she was able to provide me with the most suitable property to meet my circumstances. She communicates clearly and made this a special event because of her responsiveness and knowledge. Thank you Amy
Amy was always responsive to our needs and had time to answer all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Amy's patient, friendly and efficient approach made our purchase a very enjoyable rather than stressful experience. We highly recommend her. Thank you Amy.
I would like to thank amy keddy for a wonderful job in selling my unit in park beach road I would totally recommend her as a agent
Good and timely communication and personal service provided a positive buying experience.
Amy drove a hard bargain but didnt fail to communicate promptly and clearly. I would use her to sell my house!
I called Amy to organise a look through an investment property. I deal with agents a lot and find that normally they don't answer phones or call back in a timely manner. Amy answered, booked the inspection and met me at the property on time. She is the perfect agent Amy has a pleasant manner and answers questions well. I have been in real estate and had my own agency and also bought and sold countless properties. Amy is excellent.
Amy did all that she promised and more, us not being in the same state as the house being sold was not a problem for Amy, and when we needed help with Council issues Amy took on the task and became our representative to smooth the process. Amy was an amazing agent and I believe anyone selling their home would be more than happy with her professionalism and determination to do the best for her client!
From our first meeting to our last which took about 3 months for us to settle on our new home due to complications our end Amy was very supportive and understanding to our situation and kept us informed as to the progress in a friendly and professional manner. It was a delight to have her as a mediator and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a genuine real estate agent. So once again thank you Amy.
Amy is a great agent she is very honest and reliable . We highly recommend Amy to anyone thinking about purchasing or selling a home .
Amy is a lovely lady, took us to show our New Beautiful House, nothing is a trouble for her. I will definitely recommend her to my family & friends. Thank you Elenita
Amy was terrific at keeping our spirits buoyed when interested parties disengaged. She told us not to lose our resolve and not to drop our price. Because of her, we got the price we wanted. She was able to have many parties through our open homes, often more people than attended all the other open homes in the area on each given day. I would recommend Amy, especially for her open and consistent communication between both us (the sellers) and any prospective buyers. Thank you Amy!
