We could not fault Amy on her communication with regarding the sale of our home. Just a shame it took quite a while to find the right buyer. Very professional in manner and dress. Market knowledge could have been passed on to us a bit more when pricing started to drop in Coffs.
Amy was a great agent from start to finish. The marketing and sales agreement was explained clearly and Amy went into action the moment she received the paperwork. She liaised with the property manager of my apartment as it was tenanted while for sale. Amy and I agreed on an asking price and she informed me every time there was an open house and expressed her opinion as to whether there were prospective purchasers or not. When the eventual purchaser made an offer, Amy and I agreed on a counter offer and the eventual price that would be acceptable to both myself and the purchaser. . This amount was agreed upon and the mechanics of settlement were then put into operation with Amy able to advise me of what the procedures were and the time frames involved. Amy was approachable and open in her discussions with me and her experience, knowledge and skills inspired my confidence in her throughout the entire process. Amy has an outgoing nature with good communication skills, and has been a pleasure to have as my agent.
