Amy was very helpful through the whole purchase experience and upon completion of my purchase with this delightful home, Amy followed through with some things in the home I had problems working out such as the stove required special saucepans, and the outside lights at the BBQ area, Amy was able to show me the trick to turning them on. I was very impressed when mail arrived for the previous owners, I rang Amy who said she would pick them up from the letter box that evening and deliver them to the previous owners.

When looking to sell I was concerned about which agent to use as I didn’t know any agents and then if I could believe what I was being told, prices quoted etc. I contacted a few agents and I really liked Amy and the price she quoted was the highest of the potential sale prices. I was a little concerned about the fact that Any worked for an agency located in Highfields while my property was in Toowoomba however this turned out to be a completely unnecessary worry. Amy was fantastic right from our initial meeting, when she provided feedback on touch up items to make the property more saleable, right through to settlement. Amy was in regular contact updating me on all activities throughout the sales process, which was critical given I was working interstate. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and very frank and honest. Better yet in a week I’d had three inspections, two offers and achieve my desired sales price (which I should note was substantially more than other agents had indicated I’d be able to achieve). In the negotiation phase I really felt Amy was working for me and acting in my best interest to achieve the best outcome. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell to consider engaging Amy.
