Amy was so lovely through the whole process of buying a home. We were first-time buyers and she was extremely helpful with all of our (many) questions and guiding us in an unbiased manner so that we were making the best decisions for our personal situation. Amy kept in constant contact with us, which was very reassuring, especially during negotiations. We never had the feeling that Amy was just saying what we wanted to hear.
