During my due diligence process, she answered my questions incredibly quickly (even at night) which helped as I wanted to quickly act on my offer. I didn't feel pushed at all during the process, and she even asked me to do a second inspection (even though I already made up my mind on the house) to inform my decision. I also love the fact that she knows the area (Yarra Valley) pretty well as a local, so I know this would help sellers a lot. She helped me advertise my vacation home rental property using her social media network - what a true local supporting a local business! She was accommodating to my requests pre and post purchase.
