As a first home buyer it was lovely to have an agent that was friendly and approachable. Amy was very accommodating when organising inspection times and I felt comfortable to ask any silly little question. Most importantly she was honest and didn’t harass us while we were making our decisions.
Amy was consistent and followed up items in a timely manner. Her advice on the market, how to present our property and what to expect of the process was invaluable. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Amy delivered an amazing result on the sale of our home, and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Amy had a confident and consistent approach throughout the sale of our home and closely followed up with all prospective buyers. Thank you Amy
I was happy with the approach from Amy from the moment I met her to be honest. She has a keen eye for details, and she clearly knows her stuff when talking business. When asked a question, she was able to answer confidently and competently, which always adds to my confidence. She was also very respectful of the emotions in selling our house in the lead up to putting it on the market. That was greatly appreciated. Can't really fault anything in relation to the sale. It was an extremely quick turnaround, so that went pretty much without any problems. Although I would question the follow up on others that came through the house on the open day, as I just felt all focus went on one family, that bought the house. I guess you are just left wondering sometimes what other feedback may have came about. I felt at that stage, that it became a little more about the buyer, and maybe some of the respect for the seller was let down a little. One thing that did really trouble myself and my partner. Was that the settlement was very fast. Our new home was not available at the time, so not only were we under the pump to try and find a rental, but we were also working around the clock to get ourselves organised to get out of the house in time. Whilst both trying to keep down full time jobs. If I was an agent and a buyer had requested access to a house to measure stuff a week before settlement, and I knew the circumstances of the people who were moving. I would have politely told the buyers that they would have to wait. Not only were we trying to get everything done in time, but we were both also working through the emotions of selling our home, and once again. I felt that there was no focus once again on the sellers. Just me, I found it a bit disrespectful. I appreciate that Amy was in a situation to keep peace. I just don't know what was that important that it couldn't have waited another 2 days for settlement. I felt once the house sold, that contact with McKean McGregor dropped
