We have a very had a long relationship with our previous Real Estate Agent. Envoque Real Estate acquired his Agency. I had hesitations about an unknown Agency and was not comfortable for quite awhile. Amy was out there with her own style. As the process wore on I started to warm to her way of operation. I am not used to the corporate way of doing business nowadays. It was a bad time to sell a duplex in a deteriorating depressed market. Amy kept us updated comprehensively through the whole process. It took a longtime to get a bid at the lower end of price guidance. Amy worked tirelessly as our frustrations increased. A bid was excepted but persistent conditional and unconditional exchange constantly changed to satisfy the buyer’s financial difficulties. I was not happy with all the conditions that the buyer’s conveyancer wanted us to comply with. Amy kept us on track all the way as different and difficult obstructions occurred. Amy kept up her confidence ( and our lack of confidence) that there was an end in sight. Amy kept conducting Open House inspections and keeping other prospective buyer’s in the picture if the sale fell through. Even up to a Friday at 5pm before cancelling the open day on the Saturday morning after the buyer went into unconditional settlement. Amy never wavered in her belief that success was imminent.
