WOW!!! Where do we begin? What started out as just a property appraisal it was always evident Donna would get the job to sell our property should our sea change come to fruition! We tried the local big name franchises but it was clear they did not have anywhere the amount of local knowledge as Donna Doleman, one of those big names didn’t even respond to our calls! Not Donna, right from first contact she was amazing, not only did she give us an accurate indication of where the local market was at and what she thought our property would go for (which we got much more than what the other agents said!), she also took the time to get to know our family...we even got to know hers which made us feel more like family friends rather than just another transaction. Once sold she could of just ticked us off and moved on to the next property but she kept us informed at every stage!
