Ana was a complete professional from the moment we met. Her care, knowledge and due diligence were second to none and we could not fault the service and attention Ana gave us. She not only achieved an amazing result, she also settled the property in a quick and efficient way best for all parties. She is also a lovely lady with an honest and kind manner.

Good for getting high price

We just give two stars rating to Ana because after we make the 5% deposit we found was hard to communicate with her. We asked to have a second viewing as my wife couldn't go to the open home as she was at work that day. Our intention was to measure the house to decide the best options of furniture, fridge, etc and the answer was not possible coz was currently tenancy, at the end we're ok with that. One week before to move into the house we requested to Ana to received the house in a clean condition especially with carpets, walls, windows, kitchen and bathrooms. Her answer was there's an on-site manager in the complex and she will look after the clean of the house as there will be a cleaning bond from the leaving tenants. We were suggested to hire a cleaning company if we want a deep clean. On the pre- inspection day we found out that the backyard of the property is belong to the complex and is not part of our house. Also we found that we only have one parking space and not the two parking spaces that were described in the advertisement. They consider as a second car space the driveway coming out from the single garage. Finally when we moved into the house we found it wasn't clean as we requested, kitchen cabinets dirty, windows dirty, Carpet wasn't cleaned properly, bathrooms cabinets dirty, one bathroom drained smell very bad and it has to be covered by a bath mat to avoid the smell coming out and I have been suggested by the onsite manager to clean it by myself with hot water and bleach. Also the garage floor was dirty and wasn't even swept.

Ana was a great person to deal with as she’s always available to answer our questions and provide incredible service. She’ve maintained a high level of communications and kept us informed of all the process. overall, we’re very satisfied with the service that we got.
