Very knowledgeable and professional. Maybe a bit pushy. Took three times to sell our property as buyers could not get finances. So took three times the paperwork which was difficult as we were on holidays.

Ana was pleasant at the initial signing of the purchase contract. She said she was happy to help with any questions as I made it clear I was a first home buyer and hadn't done this before. She mentioned I was more than welcome to ask for an extension for finance as she understood banks were busy in the current market.  I ended up needing a finance extension as the banks were overloaded, but this request was immediately dismissed by Ana. Then my building inspection stated there was a lean on the fence, amongst other issues that I ignored. I was told all exterior issues were a body corporate responsibility so instead of having fence replaced I requested written proof that this was the case. Because I was just 2 days out from the clause period, I requested an extension ONLY IF I did not hear back from the body corporate in time. I was again greeted with an unfriendly phone call from Ana, stating my request is ridiculous and the owner will not allow any form of extension. I was well within my rights to request this but was dismissed immediately. Another issue arose when I asked her to confirm that the NBN internet box would remain at the property as this is a legal requirement stated on the NBN website, and provided proof of this. I was AGAIN dismissed by Ana who proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. After arguing about this with Ana and the vendor for over a week they finally agreed with my request only because I got my solicitor involved who confirmed I was correct. I feel as though I was treated with dismissal and disrespect from Ana the entire course of the sale which really hindered my first home buying experience. The rest of the team at LJ Hooker was super helpful and prompt.
