During the inspection of the apartment I purchased, I asked Ana what are the body corporate fees per week, Ana's said $153.00 P/week after the discount. When queried the amount by phone with her, she said look at the contract, I did the Body corporate fees for the apartment are approximately $180.00 P/week, a big difference, an agent selling a property should know the exact amount. Disappointed buyer.
