As buyers of the property, it is impossible for us to give ratings about market knowledge, credibility and negotiation, so our star ratings about these aspects are virtually irrelevant. We bought the property through Kate, who was personable, friendly, very willing and helpful, communicated well, and promptly and reliably followed up our requests. This was a quick, straight-forward experience for us. Ananda and the office staff were equally helpful, communicative and prompt in responding.
