Throughout 2020, a terrible year for all of us, from March when I first put my home on the market, but then when travel restrictions came in I had to withdraw it from sale. Still Anastasia kept in touch with me, both of us hoping things would ch=ange soon. When they did, she was most attentive when it came to offers. I maybe should have waited until 2021 and got a higher price, but after the year we have had, I simply wanted to move on as quickly as possible. cannot thank Anastasia enough for the attention, co-operation and support she has given me , as a slighly disable person at that time.

I cannot speak highly enough of Anastasia and her husband, Jim Arvanitakis'. I mad a sudden decision to sell the property and went to them as it was through that agency I had been renting the property out for years. From the start they took time to explain the whole process, and were very honest as they explained the fees I would need to pay. They gave me lots of advice. I only met then that once before leaving for Japan and I would not be returning to Australia until Christmas and it was in August. We decided to communicate using What's App, for free overseas calls, and emails. They kept me informed all the way about who came to see the property and what the reaction was. They did all the advertising and and the total price was actually a bit less than they had originally said. They told me the going prices of other properties in the neighborhood and helped me set a price to ask for. We actually got more that we asked for. Their friendly manner and excellent service must be the best there is to offer. When the final settlement is done, I will feel like I have lost friends. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property.
