I dealt with Andre Frack. Honest agent with knowledge of the Bondi Junction area. I called looking for an apartment, he advised me that he didn't have anything immediately and would let me know if something came up. Well something did come up within a week and I purchased the apartment. He provided me loads of information regarding buildings in the Bondi Junction area, what to stay away from and what buildings were good. A very knowledgeable person. I dealt with many agents whilst looking for a property and Andre was one of the few that knew what he was talking about.
