After spending a long time looking for a property to purchase I can now say that I am a new happy owner of a home on the central coast. Although the purchasing experience was problematic at times (settlement date held off and therefore moved back a number of times & keys were not made available after settlement as previous owner was unwilling to hand them over), I found Andre and his staff to be professional and at times helpful throughout the process of purchasing my home. Staff could possibly have been more helpful when booking a final house inspection prior to settlement date. It may have also been a good idea to collect keys prior to settlement so they may be available for handover after settlement.
