I am a property Investor, and have used many Real Estate Agents. I found Andre exceptional. He was good at negotiating his commission structure, and worked on the sale from day one. He always returned telephone calls, and kept me informed in regard to inspections and comments made by intending purchasers. The property was sold in 2 weeks. I was not use any other Agent but Andre.
