I engaged Andre to market and sell my Mum's house after she moved into aged care. I had three agents in to provide me with advice and appraisals. I selected Andre to list Mum's house for three main reasons. I felt like he was open, genuine and he did not present as a slick, smooth talking salesperson. I thought I would find him easy to work with in selling Mum's house and someone who I thought potential buyers would trust.
