From the beginning we knew Andre was switched on, as he was one of the only agents that we met that knew all the specific information about the home we were viewing. It sounds silly, but some other agents didn’t even know what year a house what built or other important property information when asked. He was attentive to our needs and communicative in regard to the seller’s expectations, and helped guide us through the entire process as new home investors.
