I would have inspected over 80 properties before the one we ended up buying, and I wish I had met Andre earlier. I have dealt with lots of agents through this process and truly none compared to Andre. The price guide he provided on the first inspection ended up being the exact price that we paid, which is also rare with agents either underquoting or overquoting.
