I had been searching to buy a house for about a year in and around Adelaide, and in that process had dealt with a number of agents. A lot were very difficult, often acting in their own best interests in a complicated way that made the buying process hard. Andrea was the opposite. She was clear, consistent with message, great level of communication, and made the process transparent. She made me feel like I could actively pursue the property, competing clearly against other buyers, and with the expectations and details of the process clear. She got the best result for the seller, and I was happy with the result as the buyer. Post contract, she also didn't disappear, going to a great level of effort with the house, organising small things on my behalf while I was overseas (like meeting me at the house after hours, and dropping of keys to a third location), and keeping me updated all the way until settlement. I really can't speak highly enough of Andrea.
