Can't speak highly enough of Andrea

I really can't speak highly enough of Andrea. We interviewed a number of agents before we chose Andrea - it was her professionalism, her market knowledge, but also her confidence in being able to get a much higher result for us compared to other agents in the area. We were selling from interstate so really relying on her for advice, as well as her time and ability to coordinate some work that needed to be done on the place prior to sale (i.e. painting, landscaping, styling). She exceeded our expectations in every area, and we are hard to please! We questioned some things a long the way and she patiently worked with us - we should have just realised she knew her stuff and trusted her. She was lovely to deal with, always really open and responsive in communication on email, phone and occasional text. And best of all was that she delivered with a sale price beyond what we expected. Would be happy to endorse Andrea any time as a great agent...and already have to several friends who are thinking of selling.
